If the photo truly represents condition, it seems to have had little use. Hard to believe in a 1980 machine.

Nice....we had a quote on a 24" Monarch with about 7' centers in late 79/early 80, and the bare machine was $68,000. Your imagination can scale from that figure and decide what this critter might have cost when new.
