About a month ago I purchased a Plantronics CT12 like the one Don got later. In the last few days it crapped out. It was great up until then. Plantronics was very good about dealing with my problem. I talked to a person and she asked me for the date code on the base unit. She gave me a knowing UH-HA suggesting to me that date code I3 has a known problem. She told me to go to a web page that was easy to fill out. They are supposed to send me a new phone within 2 business days. After that I am to return the bad phone. Pretty good service. But I am guessing if you have a CT12 with date code I3 the clock is ticking....
