Default 4130 tubing suppliers in Cleveland / NE Ohio?

I got a prototype offer, and I need to start on it immediately due to time constraints.

I'm looking for 4130 tubing in a variety of ODs (1/4", 7/8", 1", 1 1/8", 5/16", 3/8") and varying wall thicknesses. approx. 30 ft of tubing total.

I've called most of the places listed here in the yellow pages, and seems like there's no 4130 in this town.

Factory Steel in Detroit seems like the closest place, but I guess I just find it hard to believe that there's no 4130 tubing here in Cleveland.

Anybody have any leads?

thanks
dan.

Just about everybody (suppliers such as Wicks, AC Spruce, ETC) buys their stock from Dillsburg, FYI.

Yup, and if'n you would have called him friday afternoon, you would have
probably talked with Charlie Volgelsong himself (or 1 of 3 people).

It would had been shipped out friday (he says he never back orders)
if he had it. and it would have been cheaper than those other places
listed, because he is their supplier.

All of this from a 600' long chicken barn.

You would have it in your hands today, instead of asking on
craiglist....

i called charles at dillsburgh this morning, and he told me that the soonest they could get it to me was wednesday. which is what i expected, hence me asking for it locally, because i need it tuesday.

i have done business with dillsburgh in the past, and yes, i do like them and their prices are great. when i found out sunday at 10 pm about this job, local options are a little better (if at all available).

We can't read your mind thru this box...only what you type.

If you would have stated that up front (be up front with us)
maybe we could have helped you better.

A few years ago, when I was messin' with go karts, I used to get my 4130 CroMo and DOM from Victory Tube. They usually had what I wanted in stock.
