That could be just conjecture, arising out of the auction they had to sell off a lot of their manufacturing plant in Cali, back in April.
Apparently they have moved production to an old G & L site in Wisconsin.

Are they part of Krupp? I seem to remember Krupp at the bottom of their advertisement. I could be wrong.

Bin part of MAG for a number of yrs now.
They were Krup for quite a while tho. As was G&L.
