Toronto, Canada eh!
Need to bond some plastic bumper parts together, stamped on the inside is PP+EPDM which wiki says is "Polypropylene+Ethylene-propylene rubber", apparently it doesn't bond well.

Any ideas?

Dr. Mikes might work, available here: http://www.drmikesglue.com/ or http://www.ricketyrails.com/

"Cryno-Poxy" which I read is loctite 770 primer and regular super glue.

The zap series of super glues are supposed to be better than typical, but I haven't run out of the "free after rebate" from Menards loctite super glues I horded years back. You can buy zap http://www.micromark.com/adhesives-and-applicators.html

I've never used any of these products but fellow modelers swear they work for rubber and delron. I think the Dr. Mikes ads used to say it could glue anything.

3M DP-8005 or DP-8010 depending on the cure time you need. This stuff is not cheap, though. It's what the car makes glue up bumpers with.

Just replying to this because I was buying some paint today and at the counter
two body shop guys were buying what you want. There were two different
brands, both had two tubes each. 3M was one. Go to Napa Auto Parts.

in a production environment PP, rubber etc. is plasma treated for bonding, painting ,etc. It makes a remarkable difference. At a trade show I saw a guy with a piece of silicone rubber supper glued to aluminum, that you could not pull off. that is pretty good
