Hi all, I am a tech school student in a manufacturing and fabrication school. We are running through several types of materials for milling and turning, and we are currently working with some Grey Cast Iron (class 20).
Can anyone recommend some good starting speeds and feeds? I have 400 SFM for a starting point, but I figure it is better to start lower and work up.
