Hello all, so i picked up this lathe Clausing model 100 mk3 and its the standard version. and i want to add a quick change gearbox but cannot find any info on converting it. from what it looks like its not a easy ordeal that i thought it would be. looks like im going to need the gearbox,new lead and someway to mount it. has anyone ever done this before? maybe you could shed some light on the subject for me. should i just look for a new lathe?
