When putting a zero rake angle on a drill(drilling brass), should it be put only on the very edge that cuts the major diameter, or from the center point of the drill all the way out to the cutting edge(major dia)?
Thanks in advance!

All the way. That is to say, across the entire cutting edge. Most drills sort of go
zero rake in near the web to some degree so right in at the center isn't a vital
area.
