I need to cut some 510 phosphor bronze sheet. Some of the cuts zig zag so I cannot use a guillotine shear. The amount is small, maybe 200 inches of cutting. What would be the best approach?

You don't say how thick? but ;-
Jigsaw? ...the Bosch orbital types with the correct blades are good.
