I used these guys a few times to ship some Govt auction items both UPS and Freight. These people do not know how to properly package items for shipment.

Last shipment was for some high-dollar items I purchased. New cost on the 2 items is North of $15K. 70 lb. shipment going UPS. I paid $170 for their service, not cheap. They tossed the items in a flimsy big box with nothing but peanuts as packing. Package arrived beat to death. Holes everywhere. only 1/2 the box was filled with peanuts. Miracle that the items weren't damaged. I took pics and emailed to customer service to complain. That was over a week ago and they never responded.

They shipped a $10K sine plate freight. Item was just set on a pallet and not secured in anyway. Not damaged miraculously.

I don't know if this co. ships from live auction events.

Think twice if you're considering using their 'services'. They must have a few monkeys packing/shipping items.
