Help identifying insert, please

Attached is a pic of an insert that came with a combo threading bar that I bought some years ago. I have searched in vain for more inserts, so I'm hoping the group can help me out here.

Any idea of the ANSI designation, or a source?

Lots out there but not with screw hole, they use the top clamp system. Nikcole Mini-Systems uses the screw mount.

Thanks for the lead, but the Nikcole won't fit my holder, at least with the dimesions given at the link.
SOMEBODY out there must know what these things are... Or was I the only one who bought one of those 4 way octagonal threading bars on eBay?

Probably have to call them for exact specs as I couldn't find them anywhere on the site...

The threading bar I have is either one of theirs, minus the engraved name, or a copy. It's a handy little tool...
