Hello,
We have a small bench top drill sharpening grinder that uses a 7" x 1-1/2" x 1" straight cupped wheel, with 1" diameter arbor bore.
Norton who do not have this product would call it it type #6. The wheel on the grinder is a Norton, however they do not make that type of wheel anymore, so they claim. It is a 32A46-H8VBE.
Do any of you fellow members know of a source of such a product?
Regards
Peter

Can you live with 7x1x1.25 using a 1-1.25 arbor bushing? If so, Radiac and CGW make type 5 (recessed 1 side) wheels of this size in multiple grains and grits, readily available from Travers (and probably lots of other places). The recess on a wheel this size is 3" diameter by 1/2" deep; The resulting thick rim and shallow recess may or may not suit the sharpener in question.

Or a 7x 2 x 1 1/4 Type 6.. perhaps having the 2" dressed down to what might fit your machine..
Radiac may have low use wheel not listed in the catalog so you might call them.

What is the make of the machine..sometimes a machine will have a special wheel made only for them...
