Cutting oil? What have I got here? Golden West #3905 & #5540.

I was given a few pails of Golden West #3905 & #5540.
Must be old product as there is nothing to state exactly what they are used for on any labels.

I think these are semi-synthetic cutting oils, hoping I can use them with a mister on the manual lathe.

Tried a search and was very surprised to NOT be able to find ANYTHING on them.
Need to confirm what they are for, are they to be diluted, instructions would be nice, maybe an updated part number?

Would like to use them this weekend but not going to just start without more information.
 
I wouldn't mist much of any coolant, especially oils.

got a good ventilation fan over the lathe ?
