Split bushings for chucker lathe

Ages ago, I recall having access to bushings for drills with a 5/8 OD. If I remember correctly, there were fractional sets and letter sets. These were not made by Hardinge as I recall, and came in wooden boxes as a set. Are these still available? Who makes them? Where do I find some?

Hardinge made them along with a bunch of others. Ebay has some right now, which is where I 'found' this pic:

I just talked to Spellman a couple of weeks ago, he quit making them. He sold full sets at very low price. If you can find them used they are not ground like the Hardinge bushings so will not be as accurate, but should be much cheaper.
