This is a small ring gear out of a jack shaft, does anyone know where i could look into ordering a replacement for it? How i would size it, etc.

Probably not going to be cheap...contact a gear house, they'll let you know what info they need. If you can't find one locally, I can give you the name and contact info of a place we've used in Chicago.
