Hey Folks,
Another quick and easy one for you knowledgeable guys. Have to do some relatively small holes to odd (i.e. non-standard drill) sizes. Like 0.093 to 0.250 range, and have enough different ones didn't want to get reamers. Picked up some really small solid carbide bars from micro 100 - but got them next to my boring head and I'm stumped. The head is set up for 5/8" shanks, the bars are 1/8".
Is there a common tool for this? And/or if I'm only planning to ever use these bars with this head, does it make sense to turn some bushings and do a shrink/press fit on them?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated...
