IIRC Sch 10 is also Electrical conduit. I would suggest contacting an industrial electrical supply house and ask for clean room or FDA conduit fittings. Then when you find out who makes it, you can contact the manufacturer to confirm the schedule.

Jay,

Something we used to do a lot was just cut a 90 in half with a portaband. Bevel the edges and your good to go. Assuming you are doing butt welds. Tee's, while not as easy, can be fabbed too. Put a hole saw in the drill press and v-block or v-stands and you can do reasonable tube notching without the fancy dedicated machines.

Any good industrial pipe supplier should be able to get the fittings you are looking for.

What's your application? I do lots of handrail and lately I have gone to schedule 10 when I can convince the architect that it is totally strong enough and has weight advantages.

I bend pretty much any angle I want on a simple ProTools 105. (s10 or s40)
