this is very basic and simple calculator useful to input depth of cut and width of cut and feed to get cubic inches per minute and horsepower needs and estimated cutting force

check all formulas yourself it is still experimental. all suggested sfpm and machinabilty estimates are rough suggestions and can be modified a lot depending on your conditions

previous excel calculators were too complicated for simple needs where you want a fast answer.
