Some of are smaller printing presses use a simple little hand brake to control paper tension. Just a split ring tightening down on a v grove pulley. The friction material looks be a brownish Garolite. Is it probably just a wear resistant Garolite like McMaster-Carr or is there a grade more for this time of application?
