    Default Hangsterfer's S-500

Heya folks; currently working in a shop, and we use Hangsterfer's S-500 coolant. Overall very pleased with it; however, is anyone else using this product noticing it is corrosive? Running it in 3 CNC's (Mazak QTN and 2 Mori NL2500's); all three machines have high pressure coolant booster pumps (200 PSI), and the two Mori's run 24/7/365. I like how the hangsterfers has no bacterial growth, but it is noticable that some of the components are getting a tad thin. Just throwing this out there for some input, and thanks in advance.

I have been using it for several years and I love it. I have not noticed any unusual corrosion - no more than Cim-cool or Blaso-cut or any of the others I have used in the past. On the contrary, it seems to be the most pleasant overall of any that I have used. And as you have mentioned, no bacterial growth even after long periods of sitting. You gotta love that after the years of "Monday morning stench"!
