Stettler grinder - info appreciated

I posted the following request on the Abrasive Machining forum and got one helpful response, from SIP6A. I thought I might cast the net a bit wider by repeating the post here on General and see if I can find out a bit more.

"I looked at a small Swiss ID grinder that seemed quite nicely made, and I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has a manual or who knows something about the machine. It was partially disassembled and under wraps with other machine tools for sale. It is a Stettler, grey paint, with a badge reading "La Chaux-de-Fonds, Suisse, #69, tension: 380". Under the original Stettler badge was a second badge with the name of a German company. Sorry, no photographs, unfortunately."

I didn't read the other thread, but I can tell you "tension 380" means European three phase 380 V, so you would need to change motors, or use a transformer.
