Bought this 58b chuck but when it said it came with a #2mt also I assumed (yeah I know how the saying goes) that it threaded in the 1 1/2 X8 hole. My question is did they ever make them with a taper attached and if so is it threaded or pressed in. While this would be handy I already have a tailstock chuck and would prefer to have a hollow chuck for the spindle. Any ideas before I put it in the press and let it rip. Attempted to post a photo but no luck.
