Hello.

We're attempting to increase production volume. Currently we run a single miter system (one miter at a time) on a bridgeport.

Ideally we'd like to design a fixture to plunge two hole saws at different angles through the front and rear of the tube at the same time.

Please if you have any knowledge of where to start send me a note. I really appreciate it.

I'm not sure I'm getting the correct picture of what you are talking about. How long is the tube? ( like a foot long 3" diameter with opposing 45 degree miters? ) if it was something like that, could you get one of the old bridgeport tracer mills with two heads mounted on a flat faced ram with T slots to adjust the heads side to side, and mount a fixture to hold your tube on the table?

The OP isn't clear. Need more detail about what you're doing now. Describe the material (dimensions) and the current work procedure.
