I am looking for a shop that can help out with small quantity gear blank work. Mostly turning & boring some gear shafts. Sizes 2" to 12" O.D. Shaft lengths 4" to 24" Materials 4140 HT QT. 8620. 1117.
My shop is located in Bloomsdale MO. I'm having trouble finding machinists and I always seem to get backed up on orders because I can't do everything myself.
I have 16 gear cutting machines. Keeping them running is a full time job by itself. If anyone is interested please let me know.
I do have open time on gear hobbers and shapers too. Capacity up to 72"
