Anyone else using MSC's VMI cabinets?

Ours arrived about 6wks. ago and so far so good. I'm real excited about having more accurate tracking on our consumables.

Can you put tools in it that don't come from MSC?

If not, I have 0% interest.

Yes you can. Obviously they want their merchandise but we have a good bit that is not from MSC. Basically, all they request is that you set a goal to increase your overall sales with them by a certain %. The % is based on how big and how many cabinets you want. It's not set in stone and if you don't meet the goal, no big deal. The cabinet is free to use. We primarily wanted it for our turning inserts, premium taps and endmills. It's also been great for batteries, gloves, tape, and the like. Anyone can get the items but it tells us where every piece goes.
