At an estate sale found this old tool grinder. Says it's a CARBOLOY made by EX-CELL-O Corp. Although I have found info on other grinders made by them, this one I can find nothing. Any idea when it was made? Also it appears you need to put on a rain coat when running as once the oil cups are full it spits oil out the bearings all over the place.
