cutting a rectangle in sheet with a press brake

Thanks for your time. I am looking to design a length of "C" channel that can be made in a press brake that has a portion of the web cut out (notched) prior to being bent into its final shape. I have guesstimated that the blank will be about 6-3/4" wide x 18" lg; the cut out (notch) would be 2-1/8" x 2-1/4".

Our plant doens't have an ironworker, just a press brake and a 60 ton press for punching holes & slots.

Any recommendation on die manufacturer's catalog(s) that may help me out in selecting a die that can make the notch in the blank prior to forming?
