The DHW is on it's own circulator off the oil fired boiler
Fitted with a Honeywell Honeywell L4080B high set point aquastat.
Trouble is, the early morning shower is cold(er)
Seems that the non-adjustable differential closing action goes to sleep at night as well.
Replace one for one, or is there a "better" option Such as digital temp readout, adjustable high and low setpoints etc.
This basic unit is priced near $100 (better deals are out there I am sure). For $150 or so, it appears one can get a full on boiler aquastat with more bells and whistles.
Thoughts?
Stick with the proven "iron", or go digital"
TIA
