ID This Tool Post?

The Clausing-Colchester 15" lathe I have in the shop has a toolpost that looks like this-

Does anyone know the brand? Mine is unmarked, and only came with 1 toolholder with "FIMS 4 A" stamped on the front. Tool height is set with a screw in the normal position, but the screw sets the height from the bottom of the holder through a slot where it engages the pin protruding from each face on the toolpost.

I think FIMS is the brand of that tool post.

I found out why I didn't find anything on Google- it auto-corrected FIMS to Films without asking... Google is getting scary! I contacted Plaza Machinery about tool holders.

The Blue tag on the locking lever should idenify it as a model 5 Fims.
Model should be written out and the 5 steel stamped in the bare area of the tag.
