120 ac out. Dont know KVA. About the size of a softball.

About size of a softball sounds like a low power, depending on the comparison could be as low as 50 VA.
Ok, so you are stuck with same/same... I believe you. But I am curious as to why you are stuck that way? Customer demands exact replacement?

Meb did you ever get your Transformer? I think we have a Waltec that went out on a Nardini lathe in our shop
