I had a guy come in here, soliciting, and asked to buy all my surplus steel and machines... He offers cash before removal, but asks for an invoice so he can 'get the cash' Has anyone done business with these guys?
They make me nervous, but I wrote all over the invoice that nothing was paid, and cash is required before removal... and didn't sign anything
What is the story here? It seems like the prices they offered were fair, but they are all concerned about getting the machines out asap, and paying cash for everything...
Big italian guy, speaks spanish to everybody, which i am assuming is so a person doesn't know what they are saying...
Ideas? I would like the deal he's offering... if there's no funny business...
