The folks that know, say your solar stuff should be a minimum of 4 inches off the roof for proper cooling of the modules, but I suspect that even if your roof points the right direction it is likley too flat and you will be biulding some type of framework to mount them to. Ours are bolted to unistrut and it seems to work out fine.
My father has an old airmotor windmill that used to pump the water for his pool ( now their are fish in it as he didn't want to clean and repair it any more ), I don't know if this would work at your home but those windmills will turn in just the slightest breeze, and they look nice too I think.
