Did you talk to American Torch Tip?
they are the go to guys for aftermarket torch tips, and I know they list tips for the Spectrum 500 thru 1250.
Plasma Cutting / Welding Tips - American Torch Tip

I would call them, not email them, and pick their brains. If anybody still stocks those, they would, or, they would know who does. If they really are unobtainium, they would know that too.

Does yours have that wacky water cooled torch?
    The APT-8000?

if so, make sure you refer to the torch model number when looking- some of the Spectrum plasma cutters came with more familiar torches.

You may just have to upgrade to a new torch, if nobody carries the consumables anymore. Those big Spectrums were not huge sellers, and the era they were made is almost 20 years ago now.

these guys claim to have APT 8000 consumables, assuming thats what you really have-

I have made replacement plasma tips from Elkonite (70% Tungsten, 30% Copper electrode material) vs the all copper OEM version on a friend's plasma cutter. Pretty quick job for a Hardinge. Been a number of years, but IIRC it was a TEC. They outlasted the copper tips 4 to 1.

I was curious. There are a LOT of Elkonites! This the one: CMW® ELKONITE® TC20 Tungsten Carbide Copper material

70/30 percentages. No clue of actual material number. We only had the one grade for EDM electrodes.
