Any idea what brand/model# this is?

I'd also appreciate if anybody can help me find instructions for the bearing.

Thank you.

Mike

I'd say it comes from a Chevalier FCG 610

The scales and pointers scream chinese import both from the appearance and the fact they are pinned on with drivescrews.

Affixing scales, nameplates, plaques etc was probably the imputes for drive screws...how the hell does that equate to a Chinese import?:nutter:

Because most high quality fixtures use finely scribed markings instead of nailing the scales on with drive screws, same as on mills, lathes, etc... Indicate in a K. O. Lee, Cincy or Norton fixture and you'll find the markings are extremely close to dead on. The lines of these pinned on plaques automatically concede much accuracy, just due to their width.

Well...hell, the Frogs must have slept with the Chinks on this one MIKE! Who the hell uses a scribed line anyway...it's DTI's and gauge blocks where I come from. :)

Actually I'm just trying to up my post's to see what comes after Cast Iron!:D
