Does hls mean anything for tapping?

Im working a job that calls for a 10-32. .005 oversized tapped hole.
The print says 10-32 tap. .005 oversize HLS.
I wasnt sure if it was something like nc or nf for fine or course threads?

The part is made of 7075 aluminum.

It needs a pre plate tap to allow for anodize thickness.

is a pre plate tap just an oversized tap to allow for the anodized or heat treat changes in size?
so I should be fine just to use the h11 taps I have?

They should be exactly what that call out requires.

Sounds like you need a GH 11 tap. Here's a link to a manufacturer that makes oversize taps used when the material is plated after tapping.
