I have a Haas VF-3 that after 6 years I finally decided to pull out the coolant tank/sump and give it and the machine a real cleaning. The sump was awful to say the least. Now that I am ready to put new coolant in I would like to put a tramp oil skimmer in to get rid of the bulk of way lube that makes its way into the coolant. There appears to be a place that it attaches to the top of the tank cover so I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation what would work best but be budget friendly.
