A friend gave me a goodie box the other day and it included this tool. I have no clue as to it's use. There were a bunch of tap extractors in the box and I wonder if it had anything to do with those. The tool rotates in the middles ! Any ideas? Thanks in advance...Randy

well you should be able to get a dime for whats in the photo. But it is a used so maybe 9 cents would be a good deal
