ID of carbide insert this tool uses

A friend of mine has this internal threading bar that neither of can ID what insert it uses.Made by Valenite and the rest of the ID info is mostly unreadable.I can make out what looks to be "GTB" rest is obliterated, insert looks like 5/16 inscribed circle.Any help much appreciated.

It looks like an internal threading/grooving bar. Like John Evans said the insert does resemble a TNMC, but not quite. With the IC being about 5/16", I would guess it is really 8mm. Probably from a European maker. I think I have seen similar inserts from PH Horn.
 
Yep I said internal threading bar ! LOL My friend had no luck researching on Walter/Valenite's site. Kinda like some Komet stuff I have proprietary and obsolete!!
