SO, SJ, SJO, etc, are by definition not over-braided. As suggested, slip your own braid over standard cord.

A bit bizarre but if one wanted to take the time I'll bet you could carefully strip the outer cover off some 18 gauge shielded Belden and have a spiffy looking cord.

Drop the SJ/SO and go for XLPE or some such in a VFD cable. The easiest way is simply call Belden and ask. Let them do the catalog looking.
