I was given a device that appears to be an overhead (spindle mounted) radius/tangent wheel dresser, for a surface grinder. All of the castings making up this device have the name "SPIKE" and the casting or component number prominently cast in them. Does anyone know what it is, how to set it up, or what company actually made it?
