I just ordered Thread Pal. Paid for it. They sent me a confirmation.
Than what?
Why didn't I receive a download link or an unlock code of some sort?

Are they sending the software by snail mail?

Has it occurred to you there might be a time difference? Either you are not in Canada or you're on the night shift.

I believe a link come in an email when I purchased it. I remember going thru the same confusion... "I paid but how do I get it?" Lol.

I was confused because every single time before, when I bough software, I got it right away via what must have been automatic reply system.

I guess you are doing it manually. Understandable.
