Speedmiller milling machine what can anyone tell me

I found a mill for sale, The owner knows nothing about it, it aparently came with a building he bought. It appears to be a vertical horizontal mill, the head is labeled speedmiller. He has some tooling with it but after searching I can't find anything out about it. I am looking for a smaller mill. If anyone can tell me ANYTHING (size, collets, what to look for) about this I would appreciate it.

Seems to be an orphan of the highest caliber, nothing comes up on google, ebay, etc.

Oh, I am sure that somebody knows something, but since the seller doesn't have a price set, offer $100 sight unseen.

Horizontal looks like a Rockwell. That head is an add-on that could never really reach much of the limited travel of the table.
