    Default weird die filer anyone know anything about this one?

    Crummy pix, but one like the one in these pix showed up in my neighborhood today. The thing that caught my attention is that it comes with a fat handful of new die files, which are made of unobtainium today. And it's dirt cheap. But all the attachments (and there are a bunch) are in a basket, and it's in a terrible place for loading, and it looks to me to weigh something like 400 pounds anyway.
