Where to buy Nylok or similar thread locking pellets?

I'm looking for Nylon 6/6 pellets for installation in a thread. I'm pretty sure they are made to standard sizes but I can't find much info searching the web. I only find fasteners with the inserts already installed. I can contact the manufacturers, but I figured this would be a commonplace item. Also, if anyone has any experience installing them, any idea what size to make the hole relative to the insert for a press fit that so it won't fall out? The needed insert diameter is .141".

MIL-DTL-18240 is the only spec I found. It does not give installation information. I also found reference to specs from automakers, but I don't know how to get these specs.

Unfortunately, I cannot redesign the part, so it must be made per the drawing.

I left a voicemail but did not hear back today. I did talk to Nylok though, and they do not sell them. They will only install them if you send them your parts. I suspect ND may be the same. I think we will just machine our own.
