I print out lots of spec sheets, proofs, etc and all that paper and ink adds up. I set my printer to 2 pages per sheet and find that I seldom have a problem reading the printed pages and they use half as much paper, ink time and file space.

Good tip!

Our printer can print in "booklet" form . . . it takes 4 sheets and prints them on a single sheet front and back - and if it is longer than 4 pages, it will figure out how to print them so you just take the stack - put two staples in the middle and then fold in half - you have your own paper back!

I hate spending money on paper and toner.
