Has anybody heard of "Dugas Super Spacer""

Has anybody heard of this brand of super spacer? "Dugas Super Spacer" it look like an older brand.
Wondering if the plates are interchangable with Hartford

www.industrial surplus .com . Lists their used masking plates to fit Hartford, Cushman
and Dugas. I've never seen a Dugas,But I do know that their are always inconsistancies
between Hartford,Cushman and Yuasa masking plates. Usually in the bore, and a little
[TUNE -UP] makes them work OK.
One thing I did discover, Was that Yuasa master plates won't work on a Hartford, or Cushman. The angled index slots are cut with a differant taper on the Yuasa.
The master bolts up OK, but the pawl doesn't engage it properly. DAVE [ACME THREAD]
