Winchester M70 Bolt Wanted

Looking for a serviceable bolt for a Winchester M70, short action, push feed, .473 bolt face.
Anybody have one??

Hello Kendog- If you are trying to replace a "lost" bolt for a Win 70, you must be aware of the fact that many gun owners separate the bolts from their rifles to discourage theft. Aside from all the issues relating to the proper fitting of a replacement bolt to a weapon, you may be working on a stolen rifle. Serial numbers are never dropped from the data base. You could easily lose your time and money making this rifle whole again. Regards, Clark

Call your sheriff with the number from a pay phone and say some shady person tried to sell it to you and you want to be sure it isnt stolen.

If everything is legit then see below. This one was from a .270 IIRC

I have one but Ill have to find and measure it.

Easy there fellas. I am making a factory .223 Ranger rifle (that has already been "done up" as a XC gun) into a 6BR Norma or 6 Dasher for across the course, and maybe mess around at 1000. I am fully qualified to fit it. If I can't find a .473 bolt, I can get a small-face bolt from Numrich for $100 and open it up.

I dont think I need to call the sheriff, unless you think he might have a bolt!

Extractor, please let me know what you have.
