As a gunsmith, you might look here or here. Where Brownells says 0.0025" after 200 hours, that should be 0.0025" per inch. Midway says inch per square inch, which is equally mis-informed but in the other direction.
Of course, you can go directly to the source and read the specs right from the maker's documentation.
