Mossberg 4X4 rifle?

I presume you are all familiar with the above rifle. Are you all equally disgusted with the stock style? I could not believe it was a factory stock when I first saw it. What market are they aiming for with this piece of hideous junk?
Maybe I am just old fashioned but this is really pushing the limits!

The stock does look a bit "clunky" BUT I haven't had the chance to shoot one and see how it feels. For me that would be the bigger factor in whether or not I liked it.

'Tis kinda odd looking; has lines from an M1 among other things. I think the 5 round detachable magazine may be the driver for the stock depth. Certainly not a classic but you shouldn't expect classic lines in a molded stock.
