Adding a 4th to a Tool Room Mill, possible?

I run an area that has a VF3 with a Haas 4th, and 2 Tool Room mills. Yesterday I was told we are getting a 5th for the VF3 and moving the 4th to one of the TRMs. The 4th trunnion is 6" center from the table. It will fit but using long tools might be a problem. Anyone have experience running 4th on a small mill like this?

I use a tm1p with a 4th but it's only 4 inch to the center. Haven't ran into height issue yet.

Haas has a handy guide for rotary compatibility: http://int.haascnc.com/doclib/rotary-fit-config-1033.pdf
If you have 6" from the table that sounds like an 8" rotary (HRT210).
